Execution in a murder case · 2026-08-08 · Qazvin Central Prison (Choubindar)
The death date determines this record’s month, not the publication date. This is one named case, not a comprehensive monthly casualty total.
Hengaw reports Marzieh Nayeri’s execution under qisas after conviction for her husband’s murder. Sources cited by Hengaw describe forced marriage at 17 and attempted sexual assault before the killing. These are source-attributed accounts, not findings from a court record reviewed here. The article’s stated age of 24 and its account of her being 18 in September 2021 do not align precisely; no birth date is inferred. [1]
The linked reporting is not a complete court or medical file. Allegations, official charges and independent findings are distinguished rather than combined.
No portrait with sufficiently verified identity and reusable provenance was established in this review. No generated face, unrelated person or protest photograph is presented as this person.
